RETURN POLICY

Petram PVC Supply Inc. strives to ensure your complete satisfaction with the products and services we offer. As every situation is different we handle returns and exchanges on a case by case basis so every issue can be resolved promptly and fairly. If you encounter a problem with one of our products, please contact us by emailing sales@petrampvc.ca or by calling us at 604-800-5280. If a return is necessary we will provide you with an RMA (return material authorization). This will allow us to track your return and process it quickly. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Re-Stocking fees

If a product is returned for reasons other than a manufacturers defect, incorrect part or damaged product a restocking fee may apply to cover expenses related to processing your return. The fee varies for each product and situation but it is approximately 20% of the purchase price of the item being returned.

Please note that once an order has been placed it may be subject to restocking fees, even if the order is cancelled before shipping. Please check all orders carefully before submitting.

Returns

Products may be returned for a refund or exchange (less any restocking fees) for up to 90 days after the original order was placed. Customers are responsible for paying for any shipping and import fees associated with returning a product for reasons other than a manufacturers defect, damage or incorrect part.

Petram PVC Supply may offer promotional pricing on select products. Returning a previously purchased product in order to take advantage of the promotional price is not permitted. If an item to be returned was purchased at a promotional price then the same amount as the original purchase will be refunded (less any restocking fees).

Non-Returnable Products

Special order products such as actuated valves and some large diameter manual valves may not be returned for reasons other than a manufacturer’s defect, damaged part or an incorrect product.

Shipping Damage

We ask that you carefully inspect all orders immediately after receipt for any shipping damages. We are not responsible for any shipping damages but we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve any issues fairly. 

In the event your product has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at sales@petrampvc.ca or call us at 604-800-5280 to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Return Shipping Address

Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping your product back to us for returns. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
